照表操課基本菜單大概是這樣,不過本小店很有顧客至上的精神,只要人客有要求,要用任一種麵包來包任何材料都可以。只要你敢點,我就敢包給你。
在台灣吃習慣美而美、緣生緣的漢堡加蛋、火腿蛋,有次人客點漢堡,我煎了漢堡肉很反射地要再煎蛋,老闆娘麗娜問我:「人客有要加蛋嗎?你煎蛋幹麻?」我還想了很久,對吼,這裡沒有漢堡蛋.......。
